JavaScript Neural Net Consultation:
Updated this old demo to work with Gecko based browsers. Two examples of Neural Network consultation models implemented in JavaScript. One is a feed-forward net trained by backpropagation to perform a 2-way XOR (even parity) problem. The second is a 3D Kohonen Feature Map trained to classify 5x7 bitmaps of uppercase (english) chracters.

Inline Tcl for JSP:
A little demo of using Jacl/Blend (via a simple Java Bean) and a small custom tag set to provide a machanism for handling inline Tcl in JSP.

Visitor Tracking of Servlets:
An example servlet that can be used to accomplish NeoWebScript Visitor Tracking and Counting from JServ Handled pages on Apache/JServ.

UPS Price Quote Bean Demo:
A little demo which includes a JSP in a NeoWebscript page and uses a little bean to query the UPS Online quote facility for shipping quotes. (Java^TM)

Silly Slider Game:
yeah yeah - I was a little burnt and needed a quick break - so I threw together just another silly slider game - trivial, I know - but what the heck! you might as well give it a quick try

Named Counter Chart:
A new little chart demo of counter display and dynamic graphics for those using the NeoWebScript Apache mod.

New Guestbook:
Some system upgrades whacked the old HTMLScript GB - so I converted it to NeoWebScript!

GD Gauge Animation:
Integration: JavaScript, Java^TM, NeoWebScript and GD Graphics. Demonstrates LiveConnect and so requires Netscape 4.03 or later.

Java^TM Gauge Applet - A Java gauge demo - can be used to display things like counter values or any data which is accessible online (like via cgi). NOTE: like the strpchart at the top of hav.com bu in a gauge presentation.

Visitor Watcher:
Continuously updating report of visitors entering the site. ( Java^TM )

Dynamic GIF Generation:
The GD graphics feature of NeoWebScript - includes image map generation and Dynamically Customizable Icons.

Mail Attachments:
Demo sending email attachments using NeoWebScript.

Visitor Timer:
A hidden applet records HOW LONG your pages are actually open in a visitor's browser. Better than log-based analysis - even knows when someone leaves via bookmarks or history, etc. ( Java^TM )

havChat^TM ver 3.4 Released!!

FLASH!! The havChat 3.4 chat applet and chat server demo is now available - including some really neat Features like support for any Character Encoding your browser/jvm supports (with optional Right-to-Left display for languages like Hebrew or Arabic), Instant Messages, Role based Multi Colored Text applets, your own user roles, your own user authorization handler, your own chat-bot and your own Server Status Handler classes. Applets support Unicode and are localized for Dutch, English, French, German, Italian and Spanish.

You can TRY the latest 3.Xx demo chat applets online - or you can Download a copy and play with it on your server!! All features are enabled in the demo which allows up to 3 rooms and 5 concurrent chatters per room.

Web WIPs

havIndex^TM
A little Java^TM page indexer. Indexes all words on selected URLs. Run as a local Java^TM Application and requires a 1.1 VM (like the newest JDK).

NEW Full Plain Text Save - havIndex 1.4 adds a save option which will save the URL, title, description and stripped text of the URL. Text is saved as a block and with words in the order in which it appears in the URL. If words appear multiple times in the URL, then they will appear multiple times in the saved text as well.

NEW User-defined Save API - As of ver 1.1b4, you can now define, implement and attach your own save processing. The README file has a little more detail. -- You can download a 30-day trial of the latest Beta version (Sun, Jun 13, 09:22 CDT) in Zip format. The search fields around the site are an experiment after indexing a couple of the site's pages.
