I'm REALLY not sure why anyone would want this, but for those that have asked for it, I've added both an RSS Feed and an mRSS Feed for the "Best of a Bad Lot" entries.
Exercises

I'm going to add a dir where I can put up various little vids of exercises that seem worthwhile - or that I like. I'll also include the full videos (not broken into pieces) of various things that I made for Delcamp.
