Perhaps your tempo is not where it once was (nothing that more practice won't correct), but it seems that you strive towards exacting how the pieces are meant to be played, which I think is most important of all. Please keep on playing and try not to dwell on where you feel your abilites were in the past. 18 years may have caused your fingers to (temporarily) forget a note here and there, but the expression of these pieces comes from a different place... a place that 18 years could hardly begin to affect.
